SYSTEM®;SOLO PROGRAM
How the System Works
Our Hulk System® Solo DDU is kept at the final job site and is connected to
an available water source. The unit works by water action alone, no electrical
connections are needed.
The container of hyper concentrate is placed beneath the dispenser and
a supply hose is positioned inside the container. As water flows through
the unit, the dispenser pulls the right amount of hyper concentrate into
the mixing chamber where it is mixed with your water and dispensed through
the discharge hose. The user simply opens and closes a valve on the discharge
tubing when detergent/degreaser concentrate is needed. It’s that
simple. Now you have an industrial detergent/degreaser concentrate that
is biodegradable, non-flammable and infinitely soluble in water.

The Hulk System® Program
was formulated as replacement technology for consumers in petrochemical
industry who purchase large quantities of detergents/degreasers to use
on offshore drilling platforms, dive support vessels, construction
vessels, refineries, etc, in bulk tanks, totes, or multiple drums. It utilizes
the latest chemical technology to simplify the transportation, storage,
and use of detergents while drastically reducing all associated costs.
REGULATORY
COMPLIANCE
If your facility uses chemical compounds, you are subject to significant
regulatory statutes. Our staff has gone the extra mile to ensure that
the necessary documentation needed for industrial grade products is provided.
Labeling
OSHA regulations require that all primary packaged products, and most
secondary work containers contain specific hazard communication information.
All Barrel-in-a-Box Solo packs contain self-adhesive peel and stick finished
product labels. These labels contain all the information necessary to
comply with prescribed regulations. Information provided includes: product
description, product use directions, cautions and warnings, first aid
information, principal hazardous ingredients, N.F.P.A. symbol and D.O.T.
shipping information. Simply apply this label to your containers to assure
proper product safety and performance.
Material
Safety Data Sheets
As a user of industrial grade chemicals, you must meet very specific requirements
of OSHA’s hazardous communication standard. Material Safety Data
Sheets (MSDS) are a big part of this requirement. When you order your
first Barrel-in-a-Box Solo pack you will receive the MSDS documents required
for compliance. In addition, when we change or update the MSDS you will
receive the new version with your next order. Of course you may call us
anytime and request a current copy.
