Our powdered, low foam, aluminum and ferrous metal cleaner for spray cabinet washers. A non-caustic compound strong enough to remove dirt, grease, oil varnish and carbonized soils from transmission casing, turbo blower covers and other aluminum or soft metal parts without damaging them. Recommended for use between 135 degrees F. and 170 degrees F. and at a dilution ratio that starts at ¼ pound per gallon of water. Adjust up or down based on soil loads. Adding a premixed slurry regularly will maintain optimum cleaning efficiency. The biodegradable detergents in this formula are 100% active usually requiring lower concentrations than the competition. Can also be used as a hot vat soak for aluminum parts at a starting dilution of ½ pound per gallon of HOT water. Will not usually remove paint in the cleaning process. Used by engine and transmission rebuilders, marine engine repair facilities and new car dealers who are now replacing many solvent parts washers with spray cabinets for easier disposal.
