It sprays on as a penetrating spray that turns into a cured, long-lasting viscous film that also seals out moisture, air and other corrosive elements. It withstands a wide range of temperatures (-40 degrees F to 570 degrees F ) as well as high pressure applications. BIG RED’S lithium base is temperature, pressure and water washout resistant. Use on wire rope, open gears, linkages, draglines, pulleys, rollers and anywhere that heavy greases have difficulty reaching. Car dealers use this type of grease on sliding sunroofs. In addition, there are many uses in the oilfield, shipyards, airplane maintenance, garages and bus barns. Contains no chlorinated solvents.
