An excellent, commercial quality dish washing liquid with the cleaning power of lemon and a pleasant lemon fragrance that contains no harsh ingredients. Just add water for copious, long-lasting suds to cut grease, oil and food residue. The special formulation is gentle on hands, complete and easy rinsing and leaves no soap scum residues. Effective on pots, pans, cutting boards, bakery pans, glassware and silverware. Dilute ½ to 4 ounces per gallon of water, except in extreme soil loads where a stronger mixture is necessary. Delis, restaurants, supermarkets, institutional kitchens and anywhere that dirty dishes need fast, effective cleaning.
